Kaveri Seed Company Ltd has approved the acquisition of the remaining 30% equity shares of Aditya Agri Tech Private Limited. This strategic acquisition will make Aditya Agri Tech a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of Kaveri Seed Company Limited, enhancing operational synergies and expanding market reach. The total consideration for the acquisition is Rs. 23,59,50,000/-.
