MIC Electronics Ltd. has entered into a preliminary Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with M/s. NEO SEMI SG PTE LIMITED (NSPL), Singapore, for the acquisition of NSPL. This move is a continuation of the company's earlier announcement dated July 25, 2025. The MoU was executed on July 28, 2025.
