Mankind Pharma Completes Transfer of Over the Counter Business to Wholly Owned Subsidiary

Mankind Pharma Ltd has completed the transfer of its Over the Counter (OTC) Business Undertaking to Mankind Consumer Products Private Limited (MCPPL), a wholly owned subsidiary. The transfer was carried out as a going concern on a slump sale basis. This move is in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Company had previously communicated about this transfer on April 2, 2024 and September 3, 2024.
