Quess Corp Ltd to Acquire Food Catering Business of Archer & Astrin for Up to 11 Crores

Quess Corp Ltd announced its decision to acquire the food catering and facility management services business of Archer Integrated Services Private Limited and Astrin Traders and Supplies Private Limited for a lump sum cash consideration.
