SHREE RAMA NEWSPRINT LTD. has decided to sell its undertaking related to the paper division on a piecemeal basis. The paper division contributed 47.80% to the total revenue and 47.80% to the total other income of the company in the last financial year. The total amount of INR 840 Crores plus applicable GST will be received from Saloni Paper Machines Private Limited on or before the sale/disposal of plant and machinery of the paper division.
