Shriram Finance to Sell Entire Stake in Shriram Housing Finance to Warburg Pincus Affiliate

Shriram Finance Ltd has updated on the proposal for selling its entire stake in Shriram Housing Finance Limited (SHFL) to Mango Crest Investment Ltd, an affiliate of Warburg Pincus. The decision follows a joint public notice issued by the company, SHFL, Valiant Mauritius Partners FDI Limited, and Mango Crest Investment Limited. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has granted dispensation regarding the period of public notice from 30 (thirty) days to 7 (seven) days. The public notices have been issued in Business Standard (All Editions) in English and Makkal Kural (All Editions) in Tamil.
