Siemens Ltd Announces Demerger of Energy Business to Siemens Energy India Ltd

Siemens Ltd has announced a Scheme of Arrangement for the demerger of its Energy Business to Siemens Energy India Ltd (SEIL). The demerger will be on a proportionate basis, with SEIL issuing one fully paid-up equity share for every one fully paid-up equity share held in Siemens Ltd. The Record Date for determining the shareholders to whom equity shares of SEIL will be allotted is April 7, 2025.
