Strides Pharma Science Ltd Proposes De-merger of Arco Lab's Identified Business

Strides Pharma Science Ltd has proposed a de-merger of the identified business of Arco Lab Private Limited, its wholly owned subsidiary. The proposed de-merger aims to transfer the Life Sciences and Digital Innovation Capabilities of Arco Lab into a new company (NewCo), which will focus on Life Sciences and Manufacturing solutions. Arco Lab will incorporate the NewCo to facilitate the proposed demerger. The proposed structure envisages the NewCo to be a wholly owned subsidiary of Strides, with no financial or other impact on Strides. Required disclosures will be made in accordance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
