Surana Solar Limited Signs 25-Year Power Purchase Agreement for 54 MW Solar Project

Surana Solar Limited has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Surana Technologies Private Limited, has entered into a power purchase agreement with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd for a 54 MW solar project under Mukhyamanatri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojna 2.0. The project, which is estimated to cost Rs 190 Crores, was awarded to Surana Solar Limited through a Letter of Award. Surana Technologies Private Limited acquired a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for setting up the project.
