Swan Energy Ltd has announced changes in its management at the Board of Directors meeting held on May 30, 2025. The company has designated Mr. Kavin Mirchandani as Chief Strategy Officer & KMP, Mr. Bhavesh Shah as Chief Investor Relations Officer & KMP, and Mr. Vivek Verma as Head of Human Resource (Group HR) & KMP. M/s SKJP & Associates has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for a period of five consecutive years, and M/s Nisha Patel has been re-appointed as Cost Auditor for the Financial Year 2025-26. The updated list of Key Managerial Personnel includes Mr. Paresh Merchant, Mr. Chetan Selarka, Mr. Bhavesh Shah, Mr. Kavin Mirchandani, and Mr. Vivek Verma.
