Trident Ltd. Announces Restructuring of Overseas Subsidiaries and Infusion of Funds

Trident Ltd. has announced a restructuring of its overseas subsidiaries structure. This includes the sale of shares held in Trident Global Inc., USA and Trident Europe Limited, UK to Trident Group Enterprises Pte. Ltd., Singapore. The company also plans to acquire THTL Trading L.L.C., a Limited Liability Company incorporated in Dubai, UAE. Additionally, Trident Ltd. will infuse funds into Trident Group Enterprises Pte. Ltd. for further business growth.
