Vodafone Idea launches 5G services in Delhi NCR; to expand to all 17 circles by August 2025

Vodafone Idea (Vi) is launching its high-speed 5G services in Delhi NCR from May 15, marking a major milestone in its nationwide 5G rollout. The telco is all set to roll out 5G in all 17 priority circles, where it has acquired 5G spectrum, by August this year. Vi's introductory 5G offer includes unlimited data for users with 5G-enabled devices on plans starting from %299. The company has partnered with Ericsson to build its next gen 5G infrastructure and has deployed Al-powered Self-Organising Network (SON) technology to further optimise network performance. Vi is building a future-ready, high-capacity network designed to deliver seamless, fast connectivity to meet the evolving demands of digital India. The company is developing infrastructure to introduce newer and smarter technologies, making both retail and enterprise customers future ready with innovative offerings.
