WPIL Limited Acquires Italian Pumping Giant MISA S.R.L.

WPIL Limited's European subsidiary, Gruppo Aturia, has acquired 100% shareholding of MISA S.R.L., a leading Italian company in the business of large pumping station projects and supply of pumps and hydro turbines. The acquisition took place on 7th January 2025, and it strengthens Gruppo Aturia's position as a leading European supplier of large pumps, adding pumping station project capability and enabling it to provide turnkey solutions to its markets. The transaction consideration has been paid in cash, and the amount is undisclosed due to confidentiality reasons. The sellers are not related parties.
