Alfred Herbert India Ltd has entered into a definitive registered deed of conveyance for the sale of its property situated at Kadugodi Industrial Area and Kadugodi-Whitefield Industrial Area, Bengaluru. The total area of the land measures 10 acres and 4211.36 square meters, respectively. The agreement is with Vibrancy Real Estates Private Limited, and the total consideration is INR 485,90,00,000. The agreement grants Alfred Herbert India Ltd special rights such as the right to appoint directors, first right to share subscription in case of sale of the above lands, and the right to restrict any change in capital structure.
