SML Isuzu Ltd Receives Order for Delivery of BS VI, 4-Wheel Drive Troops Carrier from Indian Air Force

SML Isuzu Ltd has received an order from the Department of Military Affairs under the Ministry of Defence. The order is for the delivery of BS VI, 4-Wheel Drive Troops Carrier with 20 seats to the Indian Air Force. The order was awarded post a normal GEM tender process with standard business prudent norms, terms and conditions. There are no adverse terms or conditions under the contract. The contract is worth Rs. 24.71 Crores and is to be executed from 11-March-2025 to 09-July-2025. The promoter/promoter group/group companies do not have any interest in the entity that awarded the order.
