Alliance Resource Partners Subsidiary Enters Master Supply & Distribution Deal
Alliance Resource Partners' wholly owned subsidiary, Matrix Design Africa (PTY) LTD, entered into a Master Supply, Distribution, and Services Agreement with Saminco Solutions LLC, effective July 1, 2026. This agreement grants Matrix Design Africa non-exclusive distribution rights for certain products in Africa and other non-US territories, along with the right to purchase products and services from Saminco Solutions. The deal is a related-party transaction, as Saminco Solutions is affiliated with Joseph W. Craft III, who is ARLP's managing general partner and a significant unitholder. The Conflicts Committee of ARLP's Board, composed of independent directors, reviewed and approved the terms, determining them to be fair and reasonable to the Partnership and its unitholders.
