Aptorum Extends DiamiR Merger Agreement to July 31, 2026

Aptorum Group Limited announced an amendment to its Agreement and Plan of Merger with DiamiR Biosciences Corp., extending the termination date from December 31, 2025, to July 31, 2026. This extension also applies to the related Management Services Agreement and Intellectual Property Licensing Agreement. The parties continue to work towards satisfying the closing conditions for the merger, which will result in DiamiR becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aptorum.
