Aptorum Group Ltd

Aptorum Group Ltd. announced that its shareholders, along with DiamiR Biosciences Corp.'s shareholders, approved the proposed all-stock merger transaction. This approval is a significant step towards DiamiR becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aptorum Group. At the Extraordinary General Meeting, Aptorum shareholders also approved a share consolidation, domestication to Delaware, issuance of new stock for the merger, a new stock incentive plan, and the appointment of five directors for the post-merger company. The merger is expected to close before fiscal 2027, subject to remaining closing conditions.
