BP Re-appoints Deloitte as Statutory Auditor

This re-appointment will take effect from the 2028 financial year, pending shareholder approval at the 2027 Annual General Meeting. The company noted that it is required to tender its statutory audit every 10 years and rotate every 20 years, with Deloitte having served since the 2018 financial year.
