Celanese Board Expands to 10, Elects Anne P. Noonan

Celanese Corporation's Board of Directors increased its size from nine to ten members and elected Anne P. Noonan as a new independent director, effective April 20, 2026. Ms. Noonan will serve until the company's 2027 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, at which time she will be a nominee for election. She will be compensated in accordance with the company's practices for non-management directors.
