Celanese US Holdings LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Celanese Corporation, has issued a notice to redeem all of its outstanding 4.777% Senior Notes due July 19, 2026. The redemption is anticipated to take place on June 25, 2026. The notes will be redeemed at 100% of their principal amount, along with any accrued and unpaid interest up to the redemption date.
