Concentrix Director Bilge Ogut Resigns from Board

Concentrix Corporation announced that Bilge Ogut resigned from its Board of Directors, effective immediately, including all committee memberships. This resignation follows Groupe Bruxelles Lambert SA (GBL) reducing its beneficial ownership of Concentrix common stock below the Board Nomination Threshold. Under the Investor Rights Agreement, GBL had the right to nominate a director only while maintaining at least 50% of the shares issued to them during the September 2023 Webhelp acquisition.
