Enerflex Director Fernando Assing Resigns from Board

Enerflex Ltd. announced that Fernando Assing will resign from its Board of Directors, effective July 17, 2026. Mr. Assing is stepping down to dedicate more time to his other professional commitments, including his role as Chief Executive Officer of Camin Cargo Control. He had served on the Board since August 2020 and was a member of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee. The company's Board has begun the search for a well-qualified replacement director.
