Inflection Point Appoints Jae Hyun Park to Board & Audit Committee

Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. III announced the appointment of Jae Hyun (James) Park to its Board of Directors on April 24, 2026. Mr. Park will serve as a Class II director with a term expiring at the company's second annual meeting of stockholders. He was also appointed as an independent member of the Board's Audit Committee, bringing extensive experience in cross-border capital markets, SPAC transactions, and natural resources investments.
