Kenvue Appoints Heather Howlett as Interim CFO

Kenvue Inc. announced that its current Chief Financial Officer, Amit Banati, will step down from his role effective May 12, 2026. The company has appointed Heather Howlett, currently the Chief Accounting Officer, as interim Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer, effective the same date. Ms. Howlett will also serve as the principal financial and accounting officer during her interim term. She will receive a monthly stipend of $125,000 in addition to her existing compensation.
