MGE Energy Promotes Jared Bushek to Executive VP CFO

MGE Energy, Inc. and Madison Gas and Electric Company announced the promotion of Jared Bushek to Executive Vice President Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, effective May 1, 2026. Mr. Bushek, who previously served as Vice President CFO and Treasurer, also received a one-time retention award of 25,000 restricted stock units under the company's 2021 Long-Term Incentive Plan. This award is designed to support his retention and will cliff vest on its fifth anniversary, subject to continued employment.
