Xeris Biopharma Director Jeffrey Sherman to Retire; Board Size Reduced

Dr. Jeffrey Sherman will retire from Xeris Biopharma's Board of Directors, effective at the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Dr. Sherman, who joined the board in 2021 and served on the Compensation and Nominating & Corporate Governance Committees, is not seeking re-election. His decision was not due to any disagreement with the company. Concurrently, the Board approved reducing its size from eight to seven directors.
