Aflac Incorporated reported solid first quarter 2026 results, with total revenues increasing 27.9% year over year to $4.3 billion. Net earnings reached $1.0 billion, or $1.98 per diluted share, significantly up from $29 million a year ago, primarily due to net investment gains.
