Alico, Inc. has entered into an Agricultural Lease Agreement with United States Sugar Corporation for approximately 3,280 acres of real property in Hendry County, Florida. The initial lease term is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with an option for U.S. Sugar to extend for an additional ten years. The agreement also grants U.S. Sugar an option to purchase the leased premises for $29,520,000, based on $9,000 per acre, if exercised by June 30, 2029.
