AMTD Digital Inc.

AMTD Digital Inc. announced that its subsidiary, AMTD IDEA Group, successfully acquired the Dao by Dorsett Hornsey Hotel in London for approximately US$30 million. Concurrently, AMTD IDEA entered into definitive agreements to acquire the historic Hornsey Town Hall for US$33 million and a London office tower at 40 Furnival Street for US$17 million. These acquisitions expand AMTD's hospitality portfolio and establish a new global headquarters in London, with all transactions completed or expected to be completed without external financing.

AMTD Digital Inc.'s subsidiary, The Generation Essentials Group (TGE), successfully completed two significant hotel acquisitions. TGE acquired 50% interests in The Ritz-Carlton, Perth, Australia, for $72 million, valuing the property at $201 million. Additionally, TGE acquired super majority interests in the Upper View Regalia Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, for $38 million. These strategic acquisitions expand AMTD's global hospitality footprint, bringing its total portfolio to nearly 1,000 rooms, and reinforce its commitment to the Australian and Malaysian markets.
