Camber Energy, Inc. has officially changed its corporate name to Viking Global Technologies, Inc., effective September 8, 2026. The change was approved by the Board of Directors and filed with the Secretary of State of Nevada. While the company has applied for a new trading symbol with FINRA, its stock will continue to trade under the current symbol "CEIN" on the OTCQB in the interim. This rebranding does not impact stockholder rights or the number of issued shares.

Camber Energy, Inc. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Viking Energy Group, Inc.'s minority-owned subsidiary, Simson-Maxwell Ltd., completed an amalgamation with T&T Power Group Inc. on June 1, 2026. The new entity, named T&T Power Group Inc., continues Simson's business operations. As a result of the amalgamation, Viking's 49% interest in Simson was converted into 5,750,000 non-voting Class A Preference Shares in the Amalgamated Corporation, while T&T's sole shareholder, Tyler Van Dyke, holds 100% of the voting interest. The agreement includes specific redemption and retraction rights for Viking's preferred shares, with prices ranging from approximately US$4.15 million to US$6.15 million depending on the timing and conditions. Camber Energy will no longer consolidate Simson's financial results, instead accounting for the investment at fair value.

Camber Energy, Inc. reported zero revenue for the first quarter of 2026, a significant decline from $6.23 million in the prior year period. Despite the lack of revenue, the company's net loss attributable to Camber Energy, Inc. narrowed to $(1.68) million from $(2.72) million year-over-year. Camber Energy's majority-owned subsidiary, Viking Ozone Technology, LLC (VOT), secured a $500,000 promissory note from an accredited investor. The note carries a 10% interest rate and matures by April 15, 2027, or upon the sale of VOT's VKIN-300 waste treatment unit. This financing provides capital for VOT's operations, with the note secured by a priority interest in the unit's sale proceeds. Camber Energy, Inc. is not directly liable for this debt.
