Cencora, Inc. announced a significant leadership transition in its human resources department. Silvana Battaglia, Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, will retire effective July 12, 2026, after a seven-year tenure. She will continue in an advisory role through the end of 2026 to facilitate a smooth handover. Samantha L. Hammock, formerly of Verizon Communications Inc., has been appointed as the new Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, effective July 13, 2026.

Cencora, Inc. announced the appointment of Eva C. Boratto as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective June 29, 2026. Ms. Boratto, with extensive experience from Bath & Body Works, Opentrons Labwork, CVS Health, and Merck, succeeds James F. Cleary, who is retiring and will transition to an advisory role. Her compensation package includes a $1,000,000 annual base salary, a 100% bonus target, a $2,000,000 sign-on bonus, and a $6,000,000 restricted stock unit award. Additionally, Cencora reaffirmed its fiscal year 2026 adjusted diluted EPS guidance of $17.70 to $17.90 and its long-term growth guidance for adjusted operating income and adjusted diluted EPS.

Cencora reported strong financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2026, with net income attributable to Cencora, Inc. more than doubling to $1.64 billion and diluted EPS reaching $8.40. Revenue increased to $78.36 billion. The company completed the acquisition of OneOncology for $7.39 billion in February 2026 and also classified its MWI Animal Health and U.S. Consulting Services businesses as held for sale, with the latter divested in April 2026.

Cencora reported strong fiscal second quarter 2026 results, with revenue increasing 3.8% to $78.4 billion and adjusted diluted EPS growing 7.5% to $4.75. The company raised its fiscal year 2026 adjusted diluted EPS guidance to a range of $17.65 to $17.90, reflecting the strength of its business and strategic focus. Cencora also announced plans to repurchase $1 billion in shares by the end of calendar 2026 and declared a quarterly dividend of $0.60 per share.
