Cohen & Steers, Inc. announced the appointment of Amit Muni as its new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective June 8, 2026. Mr. Muni brings over two decades of leadership experience from CI Financial Corp. and WisdomTree, Inc., and will lead the firm's financial operations and strategy. He succeeds Michael Donohue, who served as Interim CFO and will return to his role as Controller. Mr. Muni's compensation package includes an annual base salary of $450,000, a guaranteed annual bonus of $2,050,000 for 2026 and 2027, and an RSU award of $860,000.

Cohen & Steers reported strong first-quarter 2026 results, with diluted EPS increasing 21.6% to $0.82 and operating income surging 24.3% to $50.1 million. The company achieved an operating margin of 34.4% and recorded net inflows of $497 million. Total revenue grew 1.3% to $145.6 million, while expenses decreased 7.7%, contributing to improved profitability.
