Conagra Brands, Inc. completed a public offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.400% Senior Notes due 2031. The Notes were issued under an existing indenture, supplemented by a fourth supplemental indenture, and are senior unsecured obligations of the company. Interest payments will commence on February 1, 2027, and the Notes will mature on August 1, 2031. The company retains the option to redeem the Notes early and is required to offer repurchase upon a change of control triggering event.

Smucker Company and The Procter & Gamble Company, having served as President and COO at J.M. Smucker. His compensation package includes a $1.15 million base salary and significant incentive opportunities.
