Under the agreement, Cordyceps Sunshine Biotech receives exclusive worldwide rights for the development, commercialization, licensing, and capital market development of the Antcin A platform, which is positioned as a "Next-Generation Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug Platform." The agreement outlines a 50/50 split of commercial revenues and grants Cordyceps Sunshine Biotech preemptive rights and a right of first refusal regarding the platform assets.
