Cornerstone Strategic Investment Fund, Inc.

Cornerstone Strategic Investment Fund (CLM) and Cornerstone Total Return Fund (CRF) announced their monthly distributions for July, August, and September 2026. CLM will distribute $0.1215 per share, while CRF will distribute $0.1176 per share. These distributions are in line with each Fund's previously adopted monthly distribution policy, which resets annually based on net asset value and an approved annualized distribution percentage. The Funds noted that a portion of these distributions for the current calendar year is expected to be a return of capital.
