EnerSys announced a segment realignment, transitioning from four to three operating segments to enhance organizational focus and better serve customers. The new segments are Network & Infrastructure Solutions, Industrial Mobility Solutions, and Precision Power Solutions. This realignment also led to changes in executive titles for key personnel. EnerSys reported strong financial results for the fourth quarter and full-year fiscal 2026, achieving record full-year net sales of $3.75 billion, up 4%, and record adjusted diluted EPS of $10.56, also up 4%. For the fourth quarter, adjusted diluted EPS increased 7% to $3.19, surpassing company guidance, while net sales grew 1% to $988 million. The company's Board of Directors also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.2625 per share. EnerSys provided an outlook for the first quarter of fiscal 2027, projecting net sales between $915 million and $955 million.

EnerSys completed the acquisition of Bren-Tronics Defense LLC for $206.4 million in cash on July 26, 2024, enhancing its Specialty line of business with portable power solutions for military applications. The company also announced leadership changes, with Shawn M. O’Connell appointed President and CEO in May 2025, and Andrea J. Funk promoted to Executive Vice President & CFO in April 2022.
