G. Willi-Food International Ltd. announced the appointment of Mr. Erez Wiener and Mr. Daniel Schutz as new directors, effective July 1, 2026. Mr. Wiener previously held senior positions at the company, including CEO, and has experience as CEO of Jerusalem Wineries. Mr. Schutz, who is the son-in-law of the Company's CEO, Mr. Joseph Williger, has a background in real estate marketing and property management.

Willi-Food reported strong first-quarter 2026 financial results, with sales increasing by 8.3% to $49.6 million and net profit rising 3.0% to $6.3 million. Gross profit also saw a significant increase of 9.7%. The company continues to focus on a profitable product mix and product availability, benefiting from NIS appreciation. However, the completion of its new refrigerated logistics center is delayed to Q4 2026 due to the ongoing war situation.
