GABELLI UTILITY TRUST

The Gabelli Utility Trust's Board of Trustees approved the continuation of its fixed monthly cash distribution policy, declaring $0.05 per share for July, August, and September 2026. The Fund will continue to monitor its distribution level and may pay an adjusting distribution in December. The Board noted that the current premium of shares to net asset value is likely unsustainable, and estimated 2026 distributions include 9% from net investment income, 15% from net capital gains, and 76% as a return of capital on a book basis.

Mr. Gabelli, who was hospitalized on March 19, 2026, is improving, though his return timeline is uncertain. In response, GAMCO named Christopher J. Marangi as President on March 22, 2026, and he will co-lead day-to-day operations with Douglas R. Jamieson. The Fund's portfolio management team will be led by Co-Chief Investment Officers Kevin V. Dreyer and Christopher J. Marangi during Mr. Gabelli's absence.
