AMTD IDEA Group, AMTD Digital, and The Generation Essentials Group (TGE) announced the transfer of four premium hotel assets to TGE. AMTD Digital transferred its controlling interests in AMTD IDEA Tribeca Hotel, Ritz-Carlton Perth (50%), Upper Regalia Kuala Lumpur (80%), and AMTD Dao By Dorsett Hornsey London to TGE for an aggregate purchase price of $209,766,000. In settlement, TGE issued 198,630,381 Class A ordinary shares to AMTD Digital. This move aims to consolidate the group's premium hospitality assets under TGE.

The Generation Essentials Group (TGE) announced it has received a notification letter from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) stating the company is below compliance standards due to the trading price of its Class A ordinary shares. TGE has a six-month period to regain compliance, which requires maintaining a closing share price of at least $1.00 for 30 consecutive trading days. Failure to do so could lead to suspension and delisting procedures. The company intends to explore measures to address the non-compliance and remains confident in its long-term strategy, continuing its share repurchase programs, having bought back 284,538 shares.

Generation Essentials Group (TGE) announced a share repurchase program of up to US$10 million, aiming to enhance shareholder value and demonstrate confidence in the company's long-term prospects. Concurrently, its controlling shareholder, directors, and management team have voluntarily agreed to a two-year lock-up on their TGE shares. The company reported a 17.7% increase in total asset value to approximately US$1.7 billion and a 15.8% increase in net assets to US$971 million, with the Board believing the shares are drastically undervalued.

The Generation Essentials Group (TGE), as part of the AMTD collective, announced that AMTD IDEA Group successfully acquired the Dao by Dorsett Hornsey Hotel in London for US$30 million. Additionally, AMTD IDEA entered into definitive agreements to acquire the historic Hornsey Town Hall for US$33 million and a London office tower for US$17 million. These acquisitions expand AMTD's hospitality and premium property portfolio, with the office tower slated to become a global headquarters for AMTD, The Art Newspaper, and L'Officiel.

The Generation Essentials Group (TGE) successfully completed two significant hospitality acquisitions. TGE acquired a 50% interest in The Ritz-Carlton, Perth, Australia, for US$72 million, valuing the property at US$201 million. Additionally, TGE acquired super majority interests in the Upper View Regalia Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, for US$38 million. These transactions expand AMTD's hospitality portfolio to nearly 1,000 rooms globally.
