Gix Internet Ltd.

Gix Internet Ltd. has adopted a corporate governance exemption under Israeli regulations, effective October 18, 2026. This allows the company to comply with Nasdaq listing rules regarding independent directors and committee compositions, rather than specific Israeli Companies Law requirements. As a result, the company's external directors, Ron Silberman and Shoshi Eizenberg Hertz, are no longer classified as such, though they have the option to remain on the board under transition rules.

Gix Internet Ltd. announced its dual listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market, with trading commencing on September 1, 2026, under the symbol "GIXI". The Nasdaq registration statement becomes effective on August 31, 2026. This move makes Gix Internet Ltd. a dual-listed company, trading concurrently in Tel Aviv and the United States. Following the listing, the company will adopt a reporting regime based on U.S. securities laws, and all SEC filings will be made publicly available in Israel.
