Grayscale announced the appointment of Sebastian Pulido as Managing Director, Head of Onchain Asset Management. Pulido, with over 15 years of experience in traditional finance and digital assets, will lead the development of onchain investment solutions. This strategic hire follows Grayscale's strong performance in H1 2026, where its Bitcoin Mini Trust ETF led in inflows and the firm launched new products like the Grayscale Hyperliquid Staking ETF, which quickly surpassed $100 million in AUM.

Grayscale Investments Sponsors, LLC announced the appointment of Kathryn Masci and Daniel Plourde as interim Co-Chief Financial Officers, effective July 2, 2026. Ms. Masci will also serve as Principal Financial and Accounting Officer of the registrant and join the Board of Managers. They succeed Edward McGee, who is stepping down from his positions for personal reasons after 7 years of service, with no disagreements cited regarding the Company's operations or policies.

Grayscale Chainlink Trust ETF reported a net decrease in net assets from operations of $24.388 million for the three months ended March 31, 2026. The Principal Market NAV per Share decreased by 28.4% to $7.78 from $10.87 at the end of 2025. The Trust issued 2.6 million new shares, and its Sponsor's Fee was significantly reduced from 2.5% to 0.35% effective December 2, 2025, with a waiver period until March 2, 2026. A new Board of Managers for the Sponsor was also established on May 4, 2026.

Grayscale Investments announced updated Fund Component weightings for its Grayscale Decentralized Finance (DeFi) Fund (DEFG) and Grayscale Smart Contract Fund (GSC Fund) following their first quarter 2026 reviews. The DEFG Fund adjusted its portfolio by selling Aerodrome Finance (AERO) and other components to purchase Ethena (ENA), with Uniswap (35.22%) and Aave (21.36%) as top holdings. The GSC Fund also adjusted its portfolio, with Ether (30.14%) and Solana (29.69%) as its largest components. Both funds regularly distribute components to cover ongoing expenses, which gradually decreases the amount of Fund Components represented by shares.
