Grayscale Investments Sponsors, LLC intends to amend the Trust Agreement for the Grayscale Solana Staking ETF around August 7, 2026. The proposed amendment will enable the Trust to commence regular, at least quarterly, distributions of net cash proceeds from staking rewards to shareholders. This change is intended to conform with IRS Revenue Procedure 2025-31 regarding grantor trust classification for staking activities, though significant tax uncertainties remain regarding the Trust's classification and the treatment of digital assets.

Edward McGee has stepped down from his roles as Chief Financial Officer, Principal Financial and Accounting Officer, and member of the Board of Managers of Grayscale Investments Sponsors, LLC, effective July 2, 2026, for personal reasons. Kathryn Masci and Daniel Plourde have been appointed as interim Co-Chief Financial Officers. Additionally, Ms. Masci will serve as Principal Financial and Accounting Officer of the registrant and join the Board of Managers.

Grayscale Solana Staking ETF announced a significant reduction in its fees. The annual Sponsor's Fee has been lowered from 0.35% to 0.19% of the Trust's aggregate assets. Additionally, the Sponsor's Staking Fee has been cut from 23% to 7% of the gross Staking Consideration. These changes are effective as of June 25, 2026, and were formalized through Amendment No. 3 to the Trust Agreement.

Grayscale Solana Staking ETF's sponsor, Grayscale Investments Sponsors, LLC, and the Transfer Agent have amended their Participant Agreement with Jane Street Capital, LLC. This amendment allows Jane Street Capital to conduct creations and redemptions of ETF shares "in-kind," utilizing actual digital assets rather than cash. Grayscale Solana Staking ETF reported a significant decline in net assets and NAV per share for the three months ended March 31, 2026. Net assets decreased by 34.4% to $105.1 million, primarily driven by a $50.5 million net change in unrealized depreciation on its Solana (SOL) investment. Despite generating $2.2 million in Staking Reward Income, the overall net decrease in net assets from operations was $54.7 million, compounded by net redemptions of shares.

Grayscale Investments announced the updated Fund Component weightings for its Decentralized Finance (DeFi) Fund (DEFG) and Smart Contract Fund (GSC) following their first quarter 2026 reviews. For the DEFG Fund, Aerodrome Finance (AERO) was sold, and Ethena (ENA) was purchased, with new weightings including Uniswap (35.22%) and Aave (21.36%). The GSC Fund's portfolio was also adjusted, with new weightings featuring Ether (30.14%) and Solana (29.69%).
