The maximum aggregate face or principal amount of unsecured commercial paper notes that can be outstanding at any time has been doubled from $4.0 billion to $8.0 billion. HCA Healthcare, Inc. unconditionally guarantees these notes, which are not registered under the Securities Act of 1933.
