Huntsman Corporation announced it has entered into an all-stock merger of equals agreement with Olin Corporation. Olin Corporation and Huntsman Corporation have announced a definitive agreement to combine in an all-stock merger of equals, creating a leading North American chemicals company named OlinHuntsman Corporation. Ken Lane will be the CEO and Peter Huntsman will be the non-executive Chairman. The transaction is anticipated to close in the first half of 2027.
