Joby Aviation held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 2, 2026, with approximately 75% of the total outstanding shares represented. Joby Aviation, Inc. announced that Didier Papadapoulos, President of Aircraft OEM, will resign from his position, effective July 3, 2026. Mr. Papadapoulos is stepping down to spend time with family and pursue personal interests after five years leading the company's aircraft development. His decision was not related to any disagreement with the company, and he is expected to provide continued advisory services.
