KBR announced it will host a conference call to discuss its second quarter 2026 financial results on July 30, 2026, at 7:30 a.m. Central Time. KBR has been selected to provide technology licensing and Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) services for a proposed Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) plant in Singapore. The plant, a joint development by Keppel Ltd. and Aster Chemicals and Energy, will use KBR's PureSAF℠ technology and aims for a production capacity of up to 100,000 tons of SAF per year. Additionally, KBR entered into a Memorandum of Intent with Keppel to collaborate on various decarbonization technologies, including waste-to-energy, plastic recycling, biofuels, SAF, and AI-driven digitalization.

KBR announced the appointments of Michael LaRouche as President and CEO-Designate and Nicholas Veasey as EVP and CFO-Designate for its planned spin-off entity (SpinCo) of the Mission Technology Solutions business. LaRouche will join KBR on September 24, 2026, and Veasey on July 1, 2026, ahead of the spin-off's expected completion on January 4, 2027. SpinCo is projected to launch with over $5 billion in annual revenue and 20,000 employees, aiming to provide technology-forward solutions for national security and space missions.

KBR's Mission Technology Solutions business has been awarded a $95 million Digital Engineering and Enterprise Decision Support (DEEDS) contract. This new cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) contract spans five years and aims to rapidly advance digital engineering capabilities for the U.S. Space Force. KBR will enable faster, analytics-driven technology and acquisition decisions, supporting Space Force missions at the Air Force Research Laboratory’s Space Warfare Directorate.

KBR's Mission Technology Solutions business has been awarded an $8 billion ceiling Antarctic Science and Engineering Support Contract (ASESC) by the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF). This single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract has a 20-year period of performance, commencing in June 2026. KBR will provide comprehensive operations, maintenance, logistics, and science support, including IT, AI, and cybersecurity, for the U.S. Antarctic Program's stations and research.

KBR announced that NorSAF has selected its proprietary PureSAF® technology for what is set to become Northern Europe's largest sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and e-SAF production plant. The facility is expected to produce 100,000 tons of SAF and e-SAF annually, with production slated to begin in 2030. This project supports Europe's ambitious decarbonization goals, including the ReFuelEU Aviation Regulation's mandate for 6% SAF by 2030, progressively increasing to 70% by 2050. KBR's PureSAF process offers a scalable solution for SAF production, capable of co-processing CO2 and syngas.

KBR announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.165 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is scheduled to be paid on July 15, 2026, to stockholders who are on record as of June 15, 2026.

KBR announced that its Mission Technology Solutions division has been awarded two firm-fixed-price task orders under the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP) V. These awards, with a combined ceiling value exceeding $41 million, involve providing transient aircraft services across Southwest Asia and dining facility services at Al Dhafra Air Base, UAE. The contracts strengthen KBR's long-standing support for U.S. Air Force mission readiness in the U.S. Central Command region, with performance beginning in May 2026 for one base year and three option years.

KBR reported first-quarter 2026 revenues of $1.92 billion, a 4.7% decrease from the prior year, with net income attributable to KBR falling 12.1% to $102 million, or $0.80 diluted EPS. Despite the decline in top-line and net income, the company saw a 20.9% increase in cash flows from continuing operations. KBR also made a significant $115 million investment in its BRIS joint venture to acquire a welding and turnaround services provider.

KBR reported its first quarter fiscal 2026 results, with revenues decreasing 5% to $1.9 billion, primarily due to the expected runoff of EUCOM contingency scope. Net income attributable to KBR fell 12% to $102 million, while Adjusted EBITDA increased 1% to $251 million.
