Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. announced it has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Penn Transformation Partners, the Master Developer for the New York Penn Station redevelopment. The MoU acknowledges that The Madison Square Garden Arena must remain fully operational and contemplates the transfer of the Infosys Theater at MSG to the Master Developer. The transactions are subject to further negotiation, definitive documentation, and execution of Developer Agreements, with no assurances of completion.

MSG Entertainment reported strong financial results for the nine months ended March 31, 2026, with net income increasing by 17.9% to $76.17 million and total revenues growing by 9.6% to $864.46 million. The company significantly boosted its cash and cash equivalents by 643.4% to $323.65 million and shifted from an equity deficit to a positive equity of $48.01 million. While net income for the three months ended March 31, 2026, decreased by 36.4% to $5.11 million, total revenues for the quarter saw a modest increase of 1.6%.

Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. reported its fiscal third quarter 2026 results, with revenues increasing 2% to $246.3 million. However, operating income decreased significantly by 41% to $16.1 million, and adjusted operating income fell 20% to $46.0 million. The company highlighted a diverse mix of live entertainment and sporting events, including growth in concerts at Madison Square Garden Arena. Executive Chairman and CEO James L. Dolan stated that demand for entertainment offerings remains strong and the company is on track for robust growth in fiscal 2026.
