NORTH EUROPEAN OIL ROYALTY TRUST

North European Oil Royalty Trust reported mixed financial results for its fiscal periods. For the first six months of 2026, net income surged 57.0% to $3.99 million, with total royalty income up 54.4% to $4.59 million, and distributions per unit increasing 83.3% to $0.44. However, the second fiscal quarter saw a 9.3% decrease in net income to $2.05 million and a 3.6% drop in royalty income. The Trust also announced a 50-day processing plant shutdown starting August 1, 2026, expected to impact gas production, and no new wells are planned for drilling this year.

North European Oil Royalty Trust announced a distribution of $0.22 per unit for the second quarter of fiscal 2026. This represents an increase from the $0.20 per unit distributed in the same quarter of the prior fiscal year and matches the distribution from the first quarter of fiscal 2026. The cumulative 12-month distribution, including this payment, stands at $1.01 per unit, marking a significant 115% increase over the previous 12-month period.
