Prologis, Inc. announced the appointment of Alfred F. Kelly, Jr. to its Board of Directors, effective June 29, 2026. The Board determined Mr. Kelly to be independent, and he will serve on the Board Governance and Nomination Committee, receiving compensation under the company's non-employee director program. Prologis Yen Finance LLC, a subsidiary of Prologis, L.P., priced an offering of ¥45.0 billion (approximately $280.6 million) in senior unsecured notes across three tranches. The notes include 2.527% notes due 2030, 3.389% notes due 2035, and 3.905% notes due 2041. The net proceeds, estimated at ¥44.7 billion, will be used to repay existing Japanese yen revolving credit and for general corporate purposes. The offering is expected to close on June 11, 2026.
